The Shroud of Turin is an
ancient relic of Christianity. It is believed to be the burial cloth in
which the body of Jesus was wrapped following His death on the cross of
Calvary. There is, of course, controversy as to whether, or not, it's
authentic. I, along with many, believe it to be authentic.
Currently,
the Shroud of Turin is kept in a Roman Catholic cathedral in Turin,
Italy. From time to time it's put on public display for all to see.
The
image of a man beaten and crucified can be seen on the Shroud. It's
believed to have been created at the moment of Jesus' miraculous
resurrection from the grave.
Below is a video about the Shroud of Turin.
