PHOENIX, Ariz. — Yreka native, and convicted killer, Jodi Arias has been granted a delay in penalty phase of her trial.The jury selection for the case was originally scheduled for September eighth, but will now be moved back until the 29th. Arias filed a motion last week to have the start delayed after she expressed difficulties in interviewing witnesses while in prison.
She is representing herself.
