Manchester United fan's Christmas 'spoilt' after son's shirt printed with OFFENSIVE name
Sarah Carr, 29, wanted the replica top to be personalised with the surname of three-month-old Logan Connor
A mum feared her Christmas would be spoiled after a Manchester United shirt she ordered for her son was printed with the wrong name.
Sarah Carr, 29, wanted the replica top to be personalised with the surname of three-month-old Logan Connor.
When the item arrived she found "Coonor" written on the back - spoiling Sarah's plans to give Logan and his dad John Connor, 28, matching tops on Christmas Day.
However, when the Mirror contacted the club a spokesman said they would give Sarah a full refund AND deliver a replacement in time for Christmas.
The full-time mum-of-two, of Luton, Beds., said: "I wanted to dress them both up for a father and son photo.
"I'm annoyed and surprised that such a big global brand won't fulfil a simple order.
"They shouldn't treat fans like this."
Sarah paid £70 for the Manchester United shirt and sleep suit for John and Logan.
She placed her order on December 12 before receiving the parcel in the post on Wednesday.
Sarah explained: "At first I thought I had made the spelling mistake but I checked and it was definitely their fault."
