After Hozier played the first few verses of
"Take Me to Church" solo, Lennox entered and lent her bluesy contralto
to the newcomer's folk-rock hit. But the real gift was when they segued
into "I Put a Spell On You." Lennox went a little wild, mimicking a
harmonica with her cupped hands and mouth.
But even if that air harmonica was a little
lol-worthy, smiles turned into dropped jaws when she started scatting
toward the end. It was killer, and the audience understandably gave them
a standing ovation. Watch it below.
