President Barack Obama and his family were visited by adorable little elves spreading good cheer for the Christmas holiday!
On Wednesday, Christmas Eve, the U.S. leader's Twitter page featured a photo showing him with Michelle Obama and daughters Malia Obama, 16, and Sasha Obama, 13, bending over and smiling at four cute children in festive red and green costumes.
"Say hello to friends you know and everyone you meet," the post read.
The first lady looked stylish as always in a sleeveless, teal tea-length dress and silver kitten heels. Malia wore a canary yellow mini dress with bell sleeves and a two-tiered pearl necklace. Her younger sister sported an orchid colored mini dress with a full skirt, cranberry tights and silver ballet flats. The president wore a navy suit, crisp white shirt and burgundy tie.

The photo meets the White House's Christmas 2014 theme, "A Children's Winter Wonderland."
"It celebrates the pureness that the holidays bring, as seen through the eyes of children," the White House said in a statement. "The magic and joy of a Winter Wonderland through a child's eyes transform the White House and its stately, storied rooms, reminding us all of the beauty of this holiday season and the blessings we have experienced over the past year.
Last year's Christmas theme was "Gather Around." In 2012, it was: "Joy to All" and in 2011, it was "Shine, Give, Share."
Also on Wednesday, another holiday photo was posted on the president's Facebook page; It showed a gorgeous, enormous Christmas tree.
"It's the most wonderful time of the year," the post read.

The president had also hosted events celebrating Hanukkah, which ends on Christmas Eve. On Dec. 17, two receptions marking the Jewish holiday were held at the White House, including one attended by Shameless actress Emmy Rossum and her boyfriend.
The U.S. leader and his family kicked off the Christmas season earlier this month and have attended several holiday events. Joined by first dogs Bo and Sunny, the first lady read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
The president and his family also took part in TNT's "Christmas in Washington" celebration at the National Building Museum on Dec. 14.
On Dec. 4, the president and his family attended the 2014 National Christmas Tree Lighting on the Ellipse at the President's Park, one of the United States' 401 national parks. Married Hollywood couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson hosted the ceremony, which included performances included Fifth HarmonyPatti LaBelle and Steve Miller.

A day earlier, the First Lady welcomed military members and veterans and their spouses and children to see the holiday decorations at the White House.
"Your presence here today is a powerful reminder for all of us of what this season is really all about," she said. "So often we get caught up in the holiday rush, all the plans for the menu, the logistics, traveling to families, the shopping for people, the 'making your list, checking it twice.'"
"Sometimes we get caught up in all that but ultimately, that's not what this season is about," she continued. "It's really about serving others. It's about giving more than we receive and it's about showing those we love how much they mean to us."
